Souvik is a Senior Operating Associate at RECOGNIZE, where he focuses on driving value creation across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining RECOGNIZE, he was a Senior Manager in the Private Equity practice at Bain & Company across India and Germany, driving commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, and exit planning for private equity investors. Souvik brings experience in technology services, spanning capabilities including go-to-market strategy and operating model improvement, with focus on the U.S., India, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology.
