Director of Compliance
Carter is the Director of Compliance at Recognize. Prior to joining Recognize, Carter was a Senior Associate in the U.S. Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice at Kroll, where he advised SEC-registered investment advisers and private fund managers on a broad range of compliance and regulatory matters. Carter earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
