Ajay Bhutoria is an Operating Advisor at Recognize. Ajay has more than 35 years of experience in the digital services industry across the US, Europe and India. In his last role, Ajay was the CEO of Zensar Technologies Ltd., a publicly-listed IT services company. Before that, he served as the Chief Executive of L&T-NxT, an early-stage IOT venture promoted by L&T Group. Previously, Ajay spent 17 years at Cognizant, where he led the Retail / Consumer Goods / Travel / Hospitality global vertical, as well as the Americas Banking & Financial Services vertical. Ajay served as part of the enterprise transformation program driving Cognizant’s strategy, and as a member of Cognizant’s Executive Leadership Team.

Before joining Cognizant, Ajay was the Head of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the Netherlands. During his tenure at TCS, Ajay led multiple assignments in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, and India. Ajay lives in New Jersey.
