Ciklum Announces Strategic Investment by Recognize Partners


Ciklum Group Limited (“Ciklum” or “the Company”), a global digital transformation and digital services company serving the Fortune 500 and other fast-growing enterprises, announced today that Recognize Partners (“Recognize”), a global technology investment platform, has made a significant strategic investment in the Company.

Headquartered in the UK, Ciklum specialises in enabling digital transformation for some of the largest household names and platforms in the digital economy. The Company partners with its clients enabling them to achieve their true potential in the digital age; Ciklum has a strong presence across the hi-tech, fintech and consumer sectors with clients across 30+ countries, with 3,500+ engineers operating in digital custom software development centres across Ukraine, Belarus, Spain, Poland and Pakistan.

Recognize is a specialist technology investment platform established by Frank D’ Souza, co-founder and former CEO of Cognizant, Charles Phillips, former CEO of Infor and former President of Oracle, and financier David Wasserman, a long-time partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Recognize will work in partnership with the existing shareholders and management team. Frank D’Souza will join the Company’s Board of Directors along with Recognize partners Rajeev Mehta, former President of Cognizant and Josh Miller, a founder of venture studio Atomic.
